Ordering instructions

Our online store is simple and easy to use.

Adding a product to your shopping cart
Once you have found your desired product, select ‘Add to Cart’ (LISÄÄ KORIIN ) on the browsing page or select the amount and other options (color, size) on the product page. Once you have selected your options, click ‘Add to Cart’ (LISÄÄ KORIIN). The page will show a message: ‘Added to Cart’.

Shopping cart
If you want to go to the payment page or see the items in your cart, click the ’Shopping Cart’ (OSTOSKORI) button at the top right corner of the page. You will see the contents of the Shopping Cart and can make changes, such as the number of products. On the Shopping Cart page, you will see the total of your purchases after any discounts. You can also enter a promotion code if applicable.

If you want to continue shopping, select ‘Continue Shopping’ (JATKA OSTOKSIA) in the middle of the page.

Once your order is ready, continue by completing your contact information, delivery and payment method by clicking the ‘Go to Checkout’ (MENE KASSALLE) button or ‘Go to Order’ (SIIRRY TILAAMAAN ) button at the top right of the page.

Payer information
After this you can enter payer information and delivery information, if the recipient is different from the payer. Remember to give a valid phone number and an email address. We will send the order confirmation to the given email address.

Delivery and payment method
Then you can select the delivery and payment methods by clicking the corresponding circle or icon. You will see the delivery charges next to each option. Not all payment methods are available with all delivery methods, so select the delivery method first and then you will see which payment options are available.

Sending the order
Click the ’Finish the Order’ (TEE TILAUS) button. If you selected a payment method which requires confirmation (for example Paytrail), you will automatically be forwarded to the service provider’s page to pay for the order. Remember to return to the order confirmation page after the payment. (Usually this happens automatically, but if it fails to return, click the ‘Return to seller’s page’ link.)

Once the order (and payment if applicable) has been received, you will receive confirmation to the email address given. The page will also display ‘Order received successfully’.

Order confirmation
The order confirmation is proof of your order and it confirms that your order has been received. In the confirmation, you will see the contents of the order, prices, delivery method, etc. It will be sent to the email address you gave us. From the Order confirmation page, you can no longer go back to change your order. The order cannot be changed or cancelled afterwards. If you need to change your order, please contact our customer service department at +358-10-3877880.
If you have not received the order confirmation, check your spam folder. If you find it there, open it and mark it as ‘Not spam’. The message will then be moved to your inbox. It may take a few minutes before the confirmation arrives in your email after the order is sent.
